What You’ll Do :
- Lead new business development and long‑term partnerships.
- Discover client “jobs to be done” and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Present compelling proposals that align with client outcomes.
- Cooperate with internal teams to co‑design strategic learning architectures.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure solution success.
What We’re Looking For :
5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management (learning solutions preferred).Proven sales ability to close large, complex deals.Experience in the Financial, Corporate, Retail industries.Strong consultative selling and executive engagement skills.Resilient, driven, and cooperative relationship builder.Required :
Relevant Degree / MBA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or similar.8 years of related sales leadership within learning solutions.Hands‑on approach with proven sales achievements.People‑oriented mindset with strong leadership and management skills.Seniority Level
