Job descriptionWriting a COSHH Risk Assessment from supplied Material Safety Data Sheet on our MS Word template document. Reviewing existing COSHH Risk Assessments from supplied Material Safety Data Sheets, updating as necessary. Supplying the resulting documents in MS Word format and compliant with UK regulations.
The contractor should.
- Be suitably competent, i.e. hold a recognised UK Health & Safety qualification or international equivalent.
- Hold suitable Professional Indemnity Insurance. £5m equivalent.
- Capable of turning around requests within 2-3 working days.
- Provide a fixed price for an assessment and a fixed price for a review.
