Job descriptionBCom degree in Accounting or Finance 5 to 8 years experience in project accounting & costing A proven track record in cashflow, reconciliations and customer / supplier management Leadership chops, the kind that inspire people, not just manage them The ability to think commercially, spot opportunities and add value beyond the spreadsheets
Youll be at the centre of projects, partnering with senior management, shaping decisions and keeping the wheels (and the cashflow) turning in a high-energy, ever-evolving environment.
What youll be doing :
- Lead the finance function across exciting projects in leisure & tourism
- Manage debtors, billing, suppliers and customers (aka keeping the money flowing both ways)
- Take charge of cashflow management and reconciliations
- Own project costing, pricing and profitability analysis
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior management to guide decision-making
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team with strong people management
