MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Develop and facilitate the implementation and maintenance of a fit-for-purpose Enterprise Risk Framework, which includes the Operational Risk, Financial Risk, Strategic Risk and IT Risk, within Bank thereby safeguarding the Bank, its assets, customers, reputation and the interests of stakeholders by identifying as well as managing all threats to the achievement of its business objectives.
Preferred Minimum Education and Experience
- Relevant 4 year tertiary risk management degree or equivalent qualification (operational risk)
- 5-8 years Experience in Enterprise and / or Operational Risk Management
- 5 years Experience within a risk or auditing environment
- 3 years Experience in a leadership or management position
- Banking experience NB!
