Were seeking an experienced Workshop Manager with a strong background in fabrication, metalwork, boiler making, welding, and manufacturing to lead and manage busy workshop operations.

Requirements

Min 5 years fabrication / metalwork / boiler making / welding / manufacturing experience

23 years in a supervisory or management role

Proven hands-on fabrication, boiler making, and welding expertise

Knowledge of fabrication techniques, welding processes, tools, and finishing methods

Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows

Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Trade Test / Red Seal in Fabrication, Boiler making, Welding, Metalwork, or Mechanical field (advantageous)

Computer literacy (MS Office, workshop management / ERP systems)
