As the newly appointed Product Owner for our client based in Cape Town, your primary mandate is to ensure excellence in the development process. Your role entails gaining deep insights into the customer base and collaborating closely with the Head of Brand Experience & Insights to grasp the overarching business strategy comprehensively. You’ll engage with diverse teams across the organization to comprehend the customer journey intricately, thus guaranteeing an unparalleled experience for the clientele.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align Product roadmaps with business goals
- Use various discovery techniques to address customer needs and drive growth
- Prioritize customer-centric decision-making and leverage data insights for optimization
- Work closely with UX and design teams to translate requirements into actionable designs
- Support leadership in creating business cases and measuring success through KPIs
- Coordinate with technology teams for incremental delivery and Agile development
- Serve as a central point of contact during development and testing phases
- Conduct user acceptance testing and engage key stakeholders proactively
