Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager – Operational Finance to join our team. This critical role supports the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and adherence to company policies and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing working capital, maintaining financial records, and driving compliance with financial standards and procedures. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Operational Finance role Strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls Solid understanding of accounting principles and relevant financial regulations Must be willing and able to travel frequently across African countries Manage the full Operational Finance function, including month-end close processes and financial reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Monitor and manage working capital (cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable) Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate recording and depreciation Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies and procedures Compile and present financial reports and board packs to senior management Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and ensure timely resolution of findings Ensure compliance with IFRS and assist in the implementation of new financial reporting standards 2025 / 08 / 20 Accounting / Financial Services jobs
