Position : Meta Ads - Growth Marketer (Full Funnel)
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience Required :
Facebook / Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager) : Proven experience running and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. The candidate should have a strong understanding of ad targeting, creative development, bid strategies, and campaign optimization to drive lead generation and conversions.
Go High Level (or similar funnel-building platforms) : Experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead generation funnels, and automated follow-up sequences. Familiarity with Go High Level (or similar tools) is essential for funnel creation and management.
Lead Generation Expertise : A background in creating and executing lead generation campaigns, with a focus on improving conversion rates at each funnel stage, from ad click to lead capture.
Key Responsibilities :
Meta Ads Campaign Management :
Manage, optimize, and scale Facebook / Instagram (Meta Ads) campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
Develop engaging ad creatives, set up targeting parameters, optimize bids, and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
Provide feedback and actionable insights to the team for campaign optimization and enhanced performance.
Lead Generation Funnel Development :
Design, implement, and optimize lead generation funnels using Go High Level or similar platforms.
Focus on user experience and conversions at every stage of the funnel, from initial ad interaction to lead capture and nurturing.
Regularly assess and test funnel elements to increase efficiency and ROI.
Landing Page Creation and Optimization :
Build or optimize high-converting landing pages that align with ad creatives and overall funnel strategy.
Use A / B testing and data analysis to improve landing page copy, design, and user flow for better conversion rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work directly with the Project Manager to ensure alignment of Meta Ads strategies with overall business goals.
Collaborate with the project manager and team to report on ad and funnel performance, discuss insights, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Performance Reporting & Optimization :
Take ownership of Meta Ads campaign reporting, tracking essential metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and conversion rates.
Use performance data to make informed decisions and optimize both ad campaigns and funnels for continuous growth.
Collaboration with Project Manager :
The Meta Ads - Growth Marketer will report directly to the Project Manager, who will oversee the broader strategy and ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
The Meta Ads Growth Marketer will focus on executing and optimizing the ad side of the strategy, while the Project Manager will handle overall project coordination.

Meta Ads Manager : Proven expertise in running, managing, and optimizing ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Go High Level (or similar funnel platforms) : Strong experience building funnels, creating landing pages, and automating follow-up sequences using Go High Level or comparable tools.
