Job descriptionProvide general administrative support including report formatting, PowerPoint formatting, arrange and coordinate meetings and data capturing. Arrange travel Accommodation Car rental Flights Forex application and Reconciliation Visas Manage day-to-day office operations : printer checks, seating arrangements for newcomers, stationery orders, and reporting building issues. Assist with bidding documents (e.g., formatting CVs, completing forms, ensuring consistency). Assist with bid and project administration on the ERP Maintain effective internal communication to ensure smooth information flow. Support quality assurance processes and project administration tasks. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for reimagining engineering and values continuous learning. Matric certificate or equivalent (Diploma or Degree advantageous). 3–5 years’ experience in project administration, preferably within a consulting engineering environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
