Job Description : Sales Consultant

Main Purpose :

Promote and sell a range of financial products to clients through proactive sales activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets.

  • Source and develop new leads through internal campaigns and referrals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct outbound calling to target potential clients and convert inbound inquiries.
  • Perform financial needs analyses to identify suitable products for clients.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline and prospect data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product offerings.
  • Participate in community events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Sales Focus :

Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.

  • Execute the bank''''s sales strategy effectively.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of sales activities and results.
  • Marketing Focus :

    Stay informed about product offerings and market trends.

  • Assist in generating new business through marketing initiatives.
  • Risk & Compliance Focus :

    Ensure high-quality deal reviews and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Report any fraudulent behavior or incidents as required.
  • Customer Service :

    Adhere to the bank''''s customer service standards and TCF principles.

  • Help customers achieve their financial goals and needs.
  • Training & Development :

    Participate in ongoing sales and service development training.

  • Complete all mandatory compliance training.
  • Operational Activities :

    Ensure compliance with branch security and safety procedures.

  • Perform administrative duties as required by management.
