Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Communication Planning : Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with business objectives over a 3 year time horizon aligned to brand demand space.Content Creation : Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, website content, and social media posts.Creativity : Elevate standards on creativity, for more impact in the campaigns.Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and maintain a strong brand image. Be the guardian of the BIAB positioningMedia Relations : Coordinate with public relations and media representatives to deliver marketing messages and manage media inquiries.Campaign Management : Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, events, and promotional activities.Performance Analysis : Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication programs and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.Implementation : Lead execution of multiple projects on the brand calendar, develop brand ideas into multi-platform assets and co-developBudget Management : Manage the marketing communications budget and allocate resources effectively.Education & Experience :
A relevant and recognized Bachelor’s, Masters or Post-Graduate qualification in Commercial / Marketing8+ years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.Strong understanding of marketing communication principles and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Experience with social media management and content creation.Knowledge of the alcohol industry and its regulatory environment.Strong project management and organizational skills.Demonstrated experience developing a Big Brand Idea and executing it 360 in a Regional / Global Role. Ability to build a team of teams and demonstrate balance between global Vs local requirements.Strong agency management from brief to execution.
