Process | Industrial Engineer (Assembly and Packing)

Minimum requirements :

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or Operations Management
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification
• 58 years experience in process or industrial engineering, preferably within a warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environment
• Proven experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance
• Experience implementing automation or process digitization projects
• Strong background in time and motion studies, workflow design, and root cause analysis
• Exposure to ERP / WMS systems and process mapping tools
• Analyze workflow data and identify process bottlenecks
• Prioritize improvement projects and allocate resources accordingly
• Approve minor layout and workflow changes to improve efficiency
• Validate root cause analyses and corrective actions for recurring issues
• Recommend capital investment and automation projects to management
