We’re looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our sales team and help execute our growth strategy. Klipboard is a SaaS-based, next-generation field service management platform that transforms how organisations manage their mobile workforce and helps customers operate smarter and more efficiently for the delivery of service jobs in the field.

There is a substantial opportunity in the market : 52% of field service businesses globally have no software for operating their business. We are growing rapidly with more users across 12 countries using Klipboard to manage field service operations.

This is a rare opportunity to join a growth-stage technology company, working with a close-knit team to uncover opportunities and position yourself for rapid career progression as we plan to scale the team over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for almost all new customers, reporting to and working alongside Senior Account Managers.
  • Drive outbound prospecting across channels (phone, email, social) to break through noise and book meetings for the team to close; some warm / inbound leads may also be involved.
  • Utilise the established sales playbook for outbound activities and progressively adapt to enhance prospecting skills.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, high-reward environment as part of a growing team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Hubspot).
  • Experience in a recent new business sales role (outbound and / or SaaS).
  • Confident telephone and communication skills.
