What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate a smooth and successful onboarding experience for customers, ensuring their long‑term success with RemodelBoom.
  • Build relationships with our clients and develop deep empathy for their workflows and requirements.
  • Ensure client campaigns are running smoothly, fixing problems independently.
  • Measure and communicate impact through personalized looms and calls with the client.
  • What We'd Like

  • Previous full‑time experience working in US time zones is required . Please do not apply if you have never worked US‑timezone hours before.
  • Experience in customer success management, account management, project management, or operations.
  • Can move, think, act, and learn extremely fast.
  • Has an intrinsic drive and hustle to learn more and do better every day.
  • Experience with CRMs – familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel or Close is a strong plus.
  • Working Hours

    Since we’re based in the US, you’ll be working US hours – Monday – Friday 8 am MT to 4 pm MT, which is 5 pm to 1 am South African time.
