Role Overview :

We are seeking a German-speaking Chef to lead our kitchen team, oversee all culinary operations, and elevate the dining experience. You will be responsible for menu creation, food quality, kitchen management, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, motivate, and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficiency, creativity, and excellence.
Plan, develop, and execute menus that meet guest expectations and business objectives.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the highest standards.
Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless guest experiences.

Requirements :

Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Proven experience as a Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for culinary creativity and high standards of food preparation.

Knowledge of kitchen management software and food costing systems.

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
