Product Manager - Software (Remote)

Overview :

Our client is looking for a highly skilled candidate with a strong technical background in telecom and Radio Access Network (RAN) environments. This is a fully remote role that involves working closely with customer teams, technical problem-solving, and providing end-to-end support for project delivery. In this role, you will be deeply involved in managing C-SON, RF parameters, and configuration management. You will also interact directly with radio engineers and other technical teams, making this a key position for driving software engineering solutions.

What Youll Do :

• Act as the technical bridge between internal teams and customer stakeholders, including RF engineers and tooling teams.
• Support the delivery of complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Engage with technical requirements by :
• Developing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Reviewing and optimizing configuration parameters and rules.
• Identifying misconfigurations and offering actionable solutions.
• Analyzing network data using Unison.
• Creating reports and automating network operations using SQL and Python.
• Work directly with mobile operators on :
• GPL configuration topics.
• ANR rules optimization.
• PCI / RSI planning and management.
