What You’ll Do
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through intermediaries and other strategic channels with professionalism and integrity
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets with energy and purpose
- Provide thoughtful technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they always feel informed, valued, and supported with clarity and simplicity
- Confidently lead engaging presentations, communicate market insights, and facilitate training sessions that empower and inspire members and partners
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in Employee Benefits and Group Risk, being a trusted and ethical resource for clients and colleagues alike
- Deepen long-term relationships with IFAs, EB Consultants, Wealth Managers, and Retirement Fund Administrators
- Represent Jigsaw with authenticity and warmth at conferences, presentations, and networking events
- Retain and grow existing clients through proactive, caring, and trustworthy service
- Share valuable market insights that help shape our pricing, marketing, and product strategies with relevance and simplicity
What You Bring
BCom, Marketing, or a related degree (required)RE5 certification (required)Minimum 7 years of experience in Financial Services – ideally in Employee Benefits or Group RiskProven track record of exceeding targets and building a powerful intermediary networkDeep understanding of FSCA, FAIS, POPIA and the Pension Funds ActA confident presenter, natural connector and relationship builderHigh emotional intelligence, integrity and resilience — with the ability to lead ethically, simply and with empathyAbility to work from our Randburg office and maintain a professional presenceAccess to a suitable remote working setup to operate effectively away from the officeWillingness to travel within South Africa to meet clients, attend events and support business development activitiesCompliance & Professional Standards
