We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract top talent as we scale our mission to redefine business financing. You'll play a crucial role in building diverse, high-performing sales teams. How You’ll Make An Impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales hiring, giving candidates a world class experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview processes
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes
Support team initiatives that enhance our workplace culture

What Sets You Apart

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly high volume sales hiring

Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
