Responsibilities
- Project Management : Lead and support operational and financial projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and measurable impact.
- Job Costing & Inventory Control : Oversee job costing processes and maintain accurate inventory records to support cost optimization and reporting.
- System Implementation & Optimization : Drive the rollout and refinement of ERP and financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with plant managers, operations teams, finance executives, and external stakeholders to align goals and enhance performance across the business.
