Our client in the financial services sector is seeking a BI Analyst to deliver clear, actionable intelligence across business units. Youll work with senior stakeholders, shape processes, and apply the latest BI tools. If you value innovation, detail, and problem-solving, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and maintain dynamic data visualisations and reports based on KPAs for different business units.
Analyse structured data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in line with company objectives.
Manage data warehouses and reporting servers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Research, recommend, and deploy best practices and latest BI tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

Minimum qualification in Analytics; BSc in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

At least 3 years experience in data analytics, preferably in the microfinance or financial services sector.

Proven skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Visio.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
