What You Bring to the Table

• 3–5+ years of experience in hospitality management (preferably in an upmarket café or restaurant).
• Strong leadership & communication skills—you know how to motivate, guide, and create a culture of excellence.
• A deep understanding of customer service—anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.
• Expertise in stock control, supplier management, and cost efficiency—because behind the beauty, there's smart business.
• A hands‑on, proactive approach—you're on the floor, leading by example, and setting the standard for perfection.
• The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining grace, charm, and control.
