Minimum requirements

B Degree in Human Resources Management
Experience in the broader Human Resources spectrum, including industrial relations, human resources administration, staff support etc
Valid driver's license
Candidate must be willing to travel in the Lesotho and Free State areas

Skills required

Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, a 3rd language will be an advantage (verbal and written)

Interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships and rapport

Attention to detail

Honest and transparent
