FP&A Analyst

A fast-growing tech-driven business is looking for a highly analytical FP&A Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial modelling forecasting and performance analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic data-driven environment and enjoys turning numbers into actionable insights.

Reporting to the Head of FP&A the FP&A Analyst will be responsible for building and refining financial models partnering with regional finance teams and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards. The role involves budgeting forecasting variance analysis and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven insights.

Skills & Experience :

Build and maintain financial models for forecasting budgeting and reporting

Analyse variances and provide insights on performance against targets

Collaborate with regional teams to develop accurate forecasts

Advanced Excel and 3-statement modelling experience

Identify opportunities to automate and streamline financial processes

Strong academic foundation in financial modelling and analysis

Qualification :

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
