Product Manager

Moment is looking for a Product Manager to own and scale our customer onboarding experience across Africa. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of product, compliance, and user experience.

Job Requirements :

• 6+ years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering exceptional user experiences in complex, technical, and compliance-driven products.
• Strong knowledge of compliance and risk platforms (ComplyAdvantage, Trulioo, Onfido, Smile ID, SumSub, LexisNexis).
• Strong technical knowledge of payment APIs, transaction flows, settlement processes, and fraud / risk considerations.
• Experience transforming KYC, KYB, IDV, and onboarding processes, preferably using AI tools.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, fraud / risk management, and sanctions screening platforms.
• Proven experience in managing technical software products end-to-end (from discovery to launch).
• Consistent track record of leading ambitious and ambiguous 0-to-1 product builds.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to negotiate priorities, influence across borders, and align diverse teams.
• Strong communicator, with the ability to summarize complex requirements into clear, actionable product plans.
• Bonus : Previous experience in B2B SaaS, financial services compliance, or growth-oriented product experimentation.
• Previous Product Operations experience is a plus.
