Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple consultancy projects.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and support management teams to ensure delivery of high‑quality services.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and service excellence.
