Senior MLOps Engineer – Yassir

About the Role

Yassir is a leading superapp in the Maghreb and beyond, offering ride‑hailing, delivery, and financial services. We are looking for a highly skilled MLOps Engineer to join our AI team and drive the deployment and scaling of machine‑learning models across our cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor AI / ML models in production using CI / CD and MLOps best practices (retraining pipelines, model versioning, rollback strategies).
• Design and maintain scalable, secure MLOps infrastructure on GCP, leveraging containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), orchestration tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI) and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps to build end‑to‑end ML systems – from experimentation to monitoring.
• Implement automated testing, performance monitoring, alerting, and drift‑detection pipelines.
• Ensure governance, traceability, and compliance of ML assets (model registry, audit trails, data lineage).
• Support AI governance and enforce policies across the model lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and drive platform‑wide observability and scalability.
• Contribute to documentation, onboarding materials, and internal tooling for self‑service ML infrastructure.
