What you will be doing :
Responsible for our Secretarial department maintaining CIPC and the Masters office updates registrations annual duty submissions etc.Will also assist the tax department with SARS queries and tax administrationAnnual returnsBeneficial ownership registersDirectors and MOI amendmentsIncorporation and deregistration of companiesEnsure FICA KYC and AML compliance and maintain updated records on trusts companies directors and beneficial ownersProvide general secretarial administration and arrange signatures of documentsOffer general support to partners on company secretarial mattersWhat we are looking for :
Strong administrative and organizational skillsProven background aligned with listed responsibilitiesDiploma in Administration or Management Assistant advantageousKeen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasksBenefits and unique aspects :
