Retail Leasing Administrator

Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Administrator. Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including :

• Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants
• Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance
• Ensuring pre-leasing / leasing paperwork is completed and correct
• Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes
• FICA document compliance
• Ensuring deposits, fees and payments are made timeously
• Administration of renewals

Minimum Requirements :

Must have a relevant degree / diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver’s license is required.
