Overview

SACAI GR 10-12 ONLINE TEACHER for TOURISM — This is a full-time 5 days a week position.

Our client is a leading online educational institution dedicated to providing high quality education through innovative and engaging learning experiences. They are committed to creating a thriving, respectful, and safe environment for all our students.

They are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teacher for Grades 10-12.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SACAI and will be responsible for guiding students through engaging learning opportunities, delivering the required curriculum, and fostering a positive online classroom environment.

Requirement : Own laptop and good wifi. ESSENTIAL.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to students in an online format.
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that leverage technology to enhance learning.
  • Create and manage online course materials, including lesson plans, assignments and assessments.
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback and support to ensure academic success.
  • Facilitate interactive and collaborative learning experiences through virtual platforms.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in education and online teaching methodologies.
  • Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and wellbeing.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or undergrad with relevant PGCE
  • SACE registration is essential
  • SACAI Experience
  • Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using online teaching platforms and technology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Innovative and adaptable to changes in the curriculum and teaching methods
