Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Operating all Toolroom machinery efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
- Manufacturing and repairing moulds, machine components, and related parts with precision.
- Diagnosing faults and conducting troubleshooting on moulds and associated equipment.
- Collaborating with management to align production needs and task schedules.
- Ensuring all toolroom equipment and workspaces are maintained in a clean, safe condition.
- Performing stock control and reporting for machining and cutting tools.
- Complying with health, safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) standards.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, safety awareness, and team collaboration.
