Digital Marketing Executive

Join Growth Resourcing as a Digital Marketing Executive. This role blends creative design with data‑driven strategy, ensuring that graphics, social content, podcasts, and digital campaigns are executed consistently and effectively.

Base pay range

ZAR15,000.00 / yr - ZAR18,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update podcast pages, including episode titles, descriptions, and assets
  • Grow the podcast’s Instagram page to increase followers and engagement
  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating podcast and YouTube content
  • Support social media content creation, including graphics, copywriting, and scheduling for James and clients
  • Assist clients with social media strategies and content creation
  • Build, schedule, and send email campaigns, including nurture sequences
  • Support digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads) with monitoring and reporting
  • Create content guides, PDFs, and marketing assets for James and clients
  • Track engagement metrics and support performance reporting
  • Maintain content calendars, marketing folders, and shared drives

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of online engagement strategies and best practices
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
  • Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset to track performance and suggest improvements
  • Creative thinker with initiative to grow marketing assets and engagement
