Requirements

  • Experience : 1015 years in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning with a proven track record in large-scale consulting engagements.
  • Expertise : Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, NLP, Computer Vision, and workflow orchestration. Ability to design enterprise-scale AI adoption roadmaps across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, and IT.
  • Leadership & Influence : Recognised AI thought leader with speaking engagements, publications, or patents. Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership & Strategy

    • Define and drive enterprise-wide AI and Generative AI strategy.

  • Represent the organisation at global forums, industry panels, and academic events.
  • Publish whitepapers and thought-leadership content on AI / GenAI adoption.
  • Consulting & Advisory

    • Lead AI consulting engagements with corporates, governments, and international institutions.

  • Design and implement GenAI-powered workflow automation and business transformation projects.
  • Develop reusable AI / GenAI frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits for client projects.
  • Programme & Curriculum Development

    • Co-create and deliver advanced AI training and upskilling programmes for corporates, graduates, and entrepreneurs.

  • Mentor teams and learners in applied AI projects.
  • Integrate AI-first solutions into organisational learning programmes.
  • Business Impact & Growth

    • Partner with senior executives to secure AI consulting mandates.

  • Expand AI offerings across Africa and global markets.
  • Contribute to the creation of new AI products and services.
