Personal and Private Banking (PPB) Feature Analyst Graduate Programme
Business Segment : Personal & Private Banking
Location : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, 30 Baker Street
To deliver value in the form of business outcomes by collaborating within the feature team and key stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that requirements map back to the business value and that the entire feature team knows what and how they are implementing towards the desired requirement.
Your exposure and learning will include (But will not be limited to);
- Capturing and keep the business and data rules up-to-date.
- Capturing Epics, Stories and tasks onto Jira and produce periodic statistics and reports.
- Clarifying any ambiguity until it is understood by the team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams comprised of product management, / UX, technology, support, testing and other subject matter experts to gather and analyse functional needs and user story requirements.
- Creating a shared understanding of what the product is supposed to do.
- Creating relevant analysis documentation resulting from elicitation sessions.
- Ensuring that the activities needed to fulfil each item in the backlog are identified and outlined before the next sprint.
- Ensuring that where stories are blocked, these stories are identified for prioritisation to other iterations and new stories identified to replace them in the current iteration.
- Facilitating and participate in discovery / inception workshops to create a shared understanding of user needs and the potential technology solution required to deliver to these needs.
Qualifications
Final year undergraduate, Honours or Masters Degree (Completed or currently completing in 2025);
