Job descriptionPractitioner‑level experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks. Passion for technology, mentoring, and continuous improvement. Ability to understand diverse technical domains (Full Stack, Data, DevOps). Experience coaching development teams and assessing performance. Strong prioritization, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile engineering practices (CI / CD, TDD, Pairing, Automated Testing). Experience with other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, XP). Agile certifications (CSM, PMI‑ACP, ICAgile). 100% remote work with flexible hours. Opportunity to mentor and lead Agile transformation. We’re looking for a Scrum Master with a passion for Agile practices and a talent for mentoring teams. If you have 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Agile methodology and at least 1 year in training or consulting roles , this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact—remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies : Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Demos, and Retrospectives.
- Coach multiple teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices across the SDLC.
- Partner with Product Owners and Developers to refine Features, Epics, and Stories.
- Track and remove impediments, elevate issues, and recommend solutions.
- Monitor team progress using Agile metrics to drive transparency and goal setting.
- Manage team backlogs and capacity in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Foster productive discussions, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
- Identify risks and guide teams through mitigation strategies.
- Provide mentorship and performance feedback to support team growth.
