Job descriptionBSc Engineering or BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Factories) preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment. Experience in boiler operations, utilities, or similar industrial plant engineering is advantageous. Strong technical problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure conditions. Opportunity to work in a dynamic industrial environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain plant utilities, systems, and services.
- Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Support production teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal asset performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital and maintenance projects.
