Job description

We are looking for a strong administrator to join our recruitment team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, helping coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment systems, and assist with reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Preparing CVs and conducting references
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks
  • Prepare reports and support recruitment campaigns
  • Help improve processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Quality checking all admin
