POSITION INFO :
My client in the property management and development sector is seeking a motivated newly qualified CA(SA) to take on the group reporting and financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Group Reporting and real estate or property development exposure.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and report on the financial activities of the organization
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data and generate accurate financial reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards
- Supervise the finance team and provide leadership and guidance
