Overview

Northpoint Realty has a strong coaching, mentoring and training culture and we have positions available in multiple locations around the country. As you go through our training academy course you will be introduced to the Northpoint Realty system for success which covers the 7 steps needed to Dominate your market. Northpoint Realty 4 Disciplines of execution which is an effective accountability program helping you succeed.

What we offer

Northpoint offers 2 income streams

Income from your Personal Efforts & Turnover
Team Leaders receive 80% commission
6 weeks average time to complete your first deal
On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k - R600k), Year 2 (R800k +) plus bonuses & incentives
Profit share income from your Personal Team
You receive up to 6% profit share from every transaction in your team
On target earnings from 10 team members for year 1 (R300k - R450k)

What we require from you

As a Commercial & Industrial Broker and Residential Agent you will be :

Responsible for sales & leasing of properties i.e. offices, warehouses, factories commercial land, investments, residential & new commercial developments

Prospecting for new corporate tenants & buyers

Canvassing for vacancies within the Residential and commercial & industrial property arena

Adding listings to our various marketing channels

Matching tenants & buyer with appropriate vacancies

Networking with Sellers, Buyers, landlords, tenants, and other property stakeholders

Negotiating lease & sales agreements
