Job description

A leading company is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable solutions, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation.

This role offers the flexibility of working remotely or in a hybrid setup , giving you the freedom to work from where you're most productive while still collaborating with a world-class engineering team.

Your Role & Responsibilities :

  • Develop and optimize software solutions to support business users and enhance customer experiences.
  • Architect and design robust, scalable systems alongside your team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovative technologies into the stack.
  • Solve complex problems with a mix of analytical thinking and creative approaches.
  • Prioritize customer experience , ensuring seamless and enjoyable interactions.
  • Work in an agile, high-performance environment that values collaboration and ownership.

What You Need to Succeed :

  • 5+ years of experience in software development , with strong Python expertise.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large-scale systems.
  • Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • Frontend Technologies : JavaScript, React, jQuery
  • Databases : PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka
  • DevOps & Cloud : Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (EC2, S3), RabbitMQ
  • CI / CD & Version Control : GitHub, Jenkins, Travis CI
