Job descriptionBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience working with APIs, microservices, and digital channels is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I / II) preferred.
