• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the Branch and ensure the building is in a clean and orderly condition at all times.
• Ensure work areas are clean and tidy prior to opening, during service and at closing times (includes inside / outside of the Branch and the car Park area).
• Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum floors; clean walls; collect and dispose of refuse; empty, wash or sanitize bins and replace refuse bags.
• Clean toilets; tables and counters; chairs; TV screens; furniture; lights and machines / equipment before team members commence work.
• Keep service areas neat during peak and quiet periods.
• Use cleaning chemicals and detergents appropriately.
• Request cleaning fluids / equipment from Branch Manager as required; declare breakages.
• Clean branch aircon filters weekly.
• Maintain tables & chairs in gaming areas : monitor seat covers, adjust table legs, report issues.
