A prominent client is seeking a Data and Analytics Lead to drive the delivery of strategic data solutions across the organisation. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding a high‑performing team of BI developers, overseeing technical delivery, and executing a modern data hub strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of full stack BI developers (data engineering and reporting)
- Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of data pipelines, dimensional modelling, and Power BI reports
- Drive consolidation of fragmented reporting into governed, reusable data products
- Implement and enforce development standards, including documentation, version control, and testing
- Ensure solutions are aligned with modern data architecture patterns and governance policies
- Manage agile delivery processes and align sprint outcomes with strategic business priorities
- Engage stakeholders across business units to ensure adoption of self‑service analytics
- Support the Head of Data and Analytics in operationalising the enterprise data vision
Key Requirements
BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics (Master’s in Informatics advantageous)8–10 years in BI, data engineering, or analytics roles with leadership experienceProven delivery of end‑to‑end solutions using Power BI, Databricks, Azure Data Lake and SynapseStrong skills in SQL, dimensional modelling (Kimball), and ETL / ELT pipelinesFamiliar with CI / CD practices and Git‑based version controlDeep understanding of data governance, reconciliation, and enterprise reportingAgile project management experience and the ability to balance strategic and operational demandsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsEE Disclaimer
