Very busy modern Restaurant / Cafe in Lynnwood is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in a sit-down Restaurant will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. References must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups essential. Duties will include staff / waiter management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 14 – 16 K.
