Overview

Woolpert is hiring a fully remote ERP Data Analyst I to join our Corporate Applications team and support data migration efforts for a multi-year global Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP integration strategy. This role is essential to the successful integration of newly acquired companies into our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE) systems with key responsibilities including master data conversions and loads mapping from legacy systems and validating migrated master data against source systems to ensure data integrity. The position operates during working hours of 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative enterprise initiative from anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the migration of master data from other legacy ERP systems to our Microsoft Dynamics F&O and CE ERP systems ensuring accuracy and integrity and integrating with Dayforce other relevant systems as needed.
  • Be responsible for the process of transforming raw data into a usable format for analysis. This role involves cleaning organizing and structuring data from various sources to ensure its accuracy and quality.
  • Perform analysis cross-referencing merging and consolidation of data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with internal data migration teams to ensure appropriate technical and business testing of data conversion and data loads.
  • Validate data mappings and ensure accuracy across legal entities and business units.
  • Develop and execute tests to verify the accuracy and integrity of migrated master data and address any issues.
  • Serve as a data steward for assigned master data domains (e.g. customer vendor projects etc.).
  • Participate in testing to validate that new features and system updates meet master data requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Mathematics Business Management or a related field. Alternatively an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • 23 years of experience in data migration projects with knowledge of ERP data migration preferred.
  • Proven experience working with master data in an ERP environment (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) is advantageous but not essential.
