Key Responsibilities :

Lead the store floor, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maximise income streams through effective promotion of add-ons, goods profit, and other revenue channels.

Implement merchandising and marketing standards consistently across the store.

Foster a loyal customer base by delivering exceptional customer service.

Inventory Management :

Oversee inventory controls, manage stock levels, and ensure availability meets customer demand.

Monitor store performance in relation to stock availability and customer expectations.

Customer Service :

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Act on Mystery Shopper reports and customer feedback to improve service quality.

Resolve product and service-related complaints efficiently and effectively.

Set an example in promoting a customer-centric culture among staff.

People Management :

Develop and motivate staff to reach their full potential.

Plan for succession and promote internal career development.

Manage performance fairly and consistently.

Cultivate a positive, engaging work environment.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a retail supervisor or manager.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
