Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support their sales operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment. They’ll be the key link between our sales team, warehouse, and customers — ensuring products are delivered accurately, on time, and with excellent communication throughout the process. This is based on a temporary contract and it is based in Centurion.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 Years experience in sales administration, preferably in the FMCG or poultry / agricultural sector.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and delivery schedules.Communicate with customers regarding orders, prices, and product availability.Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.Assist in monitoring sales targets and performance metrics.Handle general administrative duties within the sales department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
