Overview
As HR Generalist you’ll be reporting into the HR Manager & will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
You’ll be required to manage & support all HR-related processes, including maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment & hiring, managing payroll & benefits, & ensuring compliance with company policies & legal regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / equivalent NQF 6 / 7 level in human resource management or related field
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ discipline specific experience
- Sound knowledge of HR practices, labour legislation, & disciplinary procedures.
- Experience using HR Information Systems, particularly PaySpace and SuccessFactors - essential
- Strong ER / IR Knowledge
- Contact Centre experience a huge advantage
- Salary Package : R45000 CTC
