Key Responsibilities

Capturing Journals into SAP.

Assisting accountants with month end reports.

Raising admin POs for SA & Mauritius.

Assisting accountants with tax return preparation and submissions.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations – with assistance from accountants.

Assisting with yearly external audit queries.

Assisting Accountants with monthly budget analyses.

Any ad‑hoc tasks as set out by the Head Shared Services and Heads of Finance.

Qualifications and Experience

BCom Honours in Finance / Accounting

Three years work experience

Self‑motivation, Attention to Detail & Deadline‑Oriented

Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Have the ambition to help drive the growth of a young company.

Strong communication and administration skills.

Familiarity with logistics KPIs, global supply chain practices, and regulatory frameworks.

Working hours in Sandton are 7 : 20 am – 4 : 20 pm M‑F and 8 : 00 am – 12 : 00 pm on alternate Saturday.
