A leading Financial Services Group's Investment Cluster is seeking a top-tier professional to drive its Business Process Automation (BPA) capability. This high-impact, temporary role, based in Centurion, Gauteng, offers the opportunity to translate ambiguous, complex business challenges into clear, technical solutions that significantly improve operations across the cluster.

Responsibilities :

You will serve as the expert analyst, responsible for identifying, modeling, and designing automated solutions to complex business constraints.

• Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage complex business analysis efforts, determining system requirements and identifying key areas for improvement and automation across the investment business.
• Process Mastery : Define, document, and conduct end-to-end process analysis and design using BPMN and UML tools, ensuring solutions align perfectly with business objectives and user experience.
• Technical Translation : Translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into highly detailed artifacts suitable for implementation (e.g., user stories with acceptance criteria, data models, business rules, and mockups).
• Automation Blueprint : Collaborate with architects to define service boundaries, integration touchpoints, and leverage your experience with automation platforms (such as IBM BAW, Appian, Camunda) and API-driven process orchestration to define the automation blueprint.
• Quality & Standards : Partner closely with QA and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of BA methodologies in alignment with IIBA standards.
