Services include SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Local Service (LSA) Ads, Social Media Marketing, and more.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SEO Appointment Setter to join our client’s sales team. The primary purpose of this role is to connect with inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, and contribute to sales success.

Fluency in English is required. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required. Experience selling SEO services is required.

What you’ll be doing

  • Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introduce the agency’s services, and set appointments.
  • Follow up via phone, email, and SMS to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to determine fit with the agency’s services.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions, updating the CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and appointments.
  • Report on key performance metrics, including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the Sales Representative, providing all necessary lead information for a successful meeting.
  • Confirm and remind leads about scheduled appointments to minimize no-shows.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Representative to renew outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Who we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting goals in a sales-driven environment.
  • Experience qualifying leads to match the agency’s target audience and services.
  • Experience selling SEO services is required.
  • Experience working in Digital Marketing Agencies is required.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Experience in the trades industry is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
